If you disagree, please stop using the website immediately.

2. Eligibility
   Athlos University services are intended for individuals located in the United States. A parent or legal guardian must complete all inquiries, registrations, and communications if the athlete is under 18 years of age. You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.

3. Services Provided
   Athlos University provides football training services, athlete development programs, skill evaluations, and training-related content. We may modify, pause, or discontinue any service at any time.

4. User Responsibilities
   You agree to provide accurate information, ensure that minors are registered by a parent/guardian, communicate respectfully, and not misuse or disrupt any part of the website or services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and contact information.

5. Scheduling, Cancellations & Attendance
   A. Scheduling: Training sessions must be booked through our contact form, SMS communication, GoHighLevel scheduling (if enabled), or through direct communication with Athlos University staff.
   B. Cancellations: Athlos University may enforce a cancellation policy, including notice requirements or no-show limitations.
   C. Session Changes: Sessions may be rescheduled or modified due to weather, safety concerns, or facility availability. Changes will be communicated as early as possible.

6. Payments
   Athlos University does not process payments through its website. Payments must be completed through approved methods such as Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, or cash. We may refuse or discontinue services for failed or incomplete payments.

7. No Guarantees of Performance or Results
   Athlete results vary. Athlos University does not guarantee specific outcomes, including team placement, recruitment, performance levels, or scholarships.

8. Assumption of Risk (Athletic Training)
   By enrolling an athlete in training, you acknowledge the physical risks associated with athletic activities. Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for minors. Athlos University is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or medical conditions arising from participation in training.

9. Intellectual Property
   All website content—including text, graphics, videos, logos, and training methods—is owned by Athlos University unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or publish any content without written permission.

10. Prohibited Use
    You may not use the website for illegal activities, unauthorized access, spamming, transmitting harmful code, harassment, impersonation, or any action that interferes with website functionality.

11. Disclaimers
    The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or accuracy. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, external sites, or user devices.

12. Limitation of Liability
